AOC Files Articles Against SCOTUS Judges

Ever since the debate, President Joe Biden’s performance has been front and center.

The press is hounding congressional members and Democrats are doing all that they can to get the news cycle to focus on something else.

The whole 2025 project came out of nowhere, and all of a sudden, the old Russia-Trump storyline comes back, and now AOC is at it.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tried to break news by filing articles of impeachment against Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, citing “unchecked corruption” as the reason behind her action.

Following the ruling on Trump’s actions, AOC suggested this move while speaking about gifts that Thomas allegedly received from wealthy conservatives, along with some vague situations linked to Alito’s home and personal politics. She expressed her concern that the Supreme Court situation was turning into a threat to American democracy.

In her statement, she elaborated that both justices have allegedly been involved in significant cases where they had clear financial and personal interests. She argues that this contradicts the American rule of law and the spirit of democracy and believes that impeachment is the appropriate measure to take in such scenarios.

In her impeachment filing, AOC has leveled three charges against Thomas and two against Alito. Thomas’s charges involve undisclosed gifts, and his involvement in cases where his wife’s legal and financial interests allegedly played a part. Alito’s charges are along the same lines – failure to disclose gifts and involvement in cases where he had a personal bias.

AOC also accuses Alito of bias towards the past President and the participants of the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. This accusation stems from Alito’s display of an “appeal to heaven” flag at his home, a symbol tied to American independence.

    Well, guess what!? Nobody cared.

There’s no point in even filing the articles because the GOP controls the House and it won’t see the light of day.
