Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called the trip “historic” when President Joe Biden traveled to Kyiv.
As the President moved through the city with Ukrianian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy the air raids siren went off and a photo was snapped.
Reuters reported that, “Air raid sirens blared as Biden, 80, walked with Zelenskiy through central Kyiv but there were no reports of Russian missile or air strikes.”
