Later this week, President Joe Biden is expected to deliver a prime time address to the nation in which he will push a new sort of division within our electorate, in which he will suggest that there is a “battle” ongoing for the “soul of the nation”.
Drawing such dramatic battle lines in such a politically-fraught circumstance is certainly bad enough, but ahead of the aforementioned speech, the President literally told his political opponents that they’d be no match for his F-15’s.
Speaking from Pennsylvania on Tuesday, President Joe Biden issued a message for “brave right-wing Americans,” saying that they “need something a little more than a gun” to fight against the United States, giving the example of an F-15 fighter jet as something to use instead.
The statement was a ludicrous one, even by Joe Biden’s standards.
“And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping Americans independent and safe, you want to fight against the country? You need an F-15, you need something a little more than a gun,” Biden told the crowd, referring to the second amendment.
Biden’s subtle threat against the MAGA Movement arrives only days after GOP Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina suggested that, should former President Trump be indicted by the DOJ, there would be riots in the streets.
The timing hardly appears coincidental.
