Rep. Tomas Massie sounded the alarm after he got off a zoom meeting with the Fed, Treasury, FDIC, House, and Senate.
In the midst of a banking crisis, guess what Democrats were worried about? Censorship.
“Just got off of a zoom meeting with Fed, Treasury, FDIC, House, and Senate. A Democrat Senator essentially asked whether there was a program in place to censor information on social media that could lead to a run on the banks,” Massie wrote on social media.
Massie added that the response from the administration was, “We will get back to you on that.”

It looks like the talking points got out.
“I hope the very same folks using their platforms to spread alarm and concern are going to also use those platforms to say thank you and appreciate the fact that Secretary Yellen and the Fed and President Biden stepped up here” —@alexisohanian pic.twitter.com/zOrpJ8soD0

First thing on March 13, 2023, Biden addressed the nation stating the bank heads would be fired.
“The managers of these banks will be fired,” President Biden says after the collapse of SVB and the closure of Signature Bank, offering assurances that the U.S. banking system is “safe and secure.”

Then Biden said…well…just listen for yourself…SMH.
“Can you assure Americans that there won’t be a ripple effect? Do you expect other banks to fail?”

Does he know he had to address the nation because banks are collapsing right?
BIDEN: “We’ve made strong economic progress in the past two years.”
