House Committee Stirs The Pot In DC After Contentious Hearing

Whistleblowers from the IRS are scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. They will testify that they observed consistent favoritism towards the Bidens and impeding of the regular investigative procedures during the federal inquiry into Hunter Biden, which lasted for many years.

House Oversight Committee heard testimony from two whistleblowers, one of whom is Gary Shapley, the supervisor of an investigation at the IRS, at 1 p.m. The other whistleblower who until the hearing on July 19, 2023 was known as Whistleblower X.

According to his prepared testimony, Joe Ziegler AKA Whistleblower X who testified before the House Ways & Means Committee last month is expected to disclose that he is a 13-year special agent in the IRS’ Criminal Investigation Division and a “gay Democrat married to a man.”

According to whistleblowers, officials at the Justice Department, FBI, and IRS allegedly meddled in the investigation of Hunter Biden and made decisions based on political influence.

Whistleblowers claimed that federal prosecutors hindered their ability to ask questions about President Biden and that David Weiss, the U.S. attorney overseeing the investigation, lacked the jurisdiction to file charges.

Ziegler told Congressional members that Hunter Biden “should have been charged with a tax felony, and not only the tax misdemeanor charge,” and that communications and text messages reviewed by investigators “may be a contradiction to what President Biden was saying about not being involved in Hunter’s oversea business dealings.”

“Related cases that I believe are subject to the same problems and difficulties we had,” he added. “Establishing an official channel for Federal investigators to pull the emergency cord and raise the issue of the appointment of a special counsel for consideration by your senior officials.”

According to those that have come forward, federal prosecutors prevented them from asking questions about President Biden, and they claimed that David Weiss, the U.S. attorney overseeing the investigation, didn’t have the power to press charges.

The testimony, of Whistleblower X added that Hunter Biden should have been charged with a tax felony, and not only the tax misdemeanor charge and that communications and text messages reviewed by investigators “may be a contradiction to what President Biden was saying about not being involved in Hunter’s oversea business dealings.

Ziegler added that there were several instances in which prosecutors did not follow the ordinary process, slow-walked the investigation, and put in place unnecessary approvals and roadblocks from effectively and efficiently investigating the case, including prosecutors blocking questioning and interviewing of Hunter Biden’s adult children.
