Megan Kelly Shares Never Before Seen Photo Of Bill Clinton In 1999

Just hours before former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee about his past association with Jeffrey Epstein, media personality Megyn Kelly spotlighted a decades-old photograph she says raises fresh questions about his behavior.

On Thursday’s episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, the former Fox News anchor displayed a 1999 image of Clinton taken at the Bombay Club in Washington, D.C., shortly after his impeachment over the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Kelly alleged the photo shows Clinton “looking down the chest” of one of her friends during a posed picture at the restaurant.

“I’m not saying this is a crime,” Kelly emphasized during the broadcast. She framed the image as evidence, in her view, that Clinton had not altered his personal conduct following the Lewinsky controversy.

“Yes, he is looking down the chest of my friend, Meg Florence,” Kelly said, also identifying another woman in the foreground as Abby Rittman. She further alleged that Clinton appeared to have his hand placed inappropriately in the photograph, though she reiterated that she was not accusing him of criminal wrongdoing.

Kelly claimed the photo was taken openly in the restaurant while then–First Lady Hillary Clinton and their daughter Chelsea were present. She argued the moment reflected what she characterized as Clinton’s continued “hound dog behavior,” despite the political fallout of his impeachment.

The timing of Kelly’s comments is notable. Clinton is expected to give a deposition Friday related to the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into his past relationship with Epstein and Epstein’s associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Clinton has acknowledged that he knew Epstein in the late 1990s and early 2000s and that he flew on Epstein’s private jet multiple times. However, he has consistently denied any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities and has denied ever visiting Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean. He has not been charged with any crimes in connection to Epstein.

A spokesperson for Clinton did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding Kelly’s remarks.

As the Oversight Committee proceedings move forward, renewed scrutiny of Clinton’s past associations — and commentary surrounding them — is likely to continue drawing national attention.
