A secret plan to destroy Western civilization from the inside was uncovered in a Virginia home. The FBI raided the house of Ismail Elbarasse in 2004 and found a crucial paper. Elbarasse led the Dar Al-Hijrah mosque in Falls Church, Virginia. He was part of a group that supported Hamas in America.
“An Explanatory Memorandum On the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America” serves as the title of the paper. It was written on 22 May 1991 by Mohamed Akram. The text describes a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” to end our way of life. Akram wrote that the Muslim Brotherhood must eliminate Western civilization by “sabotaging” its house.
Townhall reported that this memo was introduced in the largest Islamic terror funding trial in US history. The trial was the Holy Land Foundation case in North Texas in 2008. Several Muslims were found guilty and sent to prison for their roles in this plot.
The memo lists 29 organizations that will be used to achieve this goal. The very first group named is the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). This group held its 63rd annual convention from 4-7 September in Detroit, Michigan.
Key figures spoke at that Detroit event. Abdul El-Sayed, the Democrat nominee for US Senate in Michigan, was there. The mayor of Dearborn, Michigan also spoke at the convention. The document says these groups are tools to “eliminate and destroy” our society.
Akram wrote that the Ikhwan must understand their work is a “grand jihad.” He said they must destroy the “miserable house” of the West with their own hands. This quote comes directly from the official strategic blueprint found by the FBI.
The timeline in the memo is chilling. The document was written two years before the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993. It was written ten years before the attacks on 9/11.
One might ask if people who knew this plan were at the White House after 9/11. President Bush gathered with Muslims in DC and called Islam a religion of peace. The memo suggests this view was false and dangerous.
Daily Wire notes that the group CAIR was declared an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 trial. Yet CAIR still has a national office on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
The text warns that the West is blind to the threat. The notion that “madness is rare in individuals, but in groups, parties, nations, and ages it is the rule” is proposed within. This line appears in the document as a warning to the Brotherhood.
The memo calls for a “Grand Jihad” to destroy Western civilization from within. It lists specific groups to be established and employed for this purpose. The plan relies on “Suicidal Empathy: Dying to Be Kind” to lower our guard.
A straightforward guideline for handling adversaries appears as well: “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” The document argues that the West has failed to believe the warnings.
Readers should know that this 18-page memo is the strategic blueprint for the Brotherhood’s incursion into America. It was translated and used to secure convictions in federal court. The plan remains active according to the groups named in the text.
