This should be a top story but it isn’t.
The people at the Pentagon are anonymously happy Tucker Carlson is no longer on the air.
According to a report from Politico, they couldn’t be happier.
“We’re a better country without him bagging on our military every night in front of hundreds of thousands of people,” said one senior DoD official, who like others interviewed for this story was granted anonymity to discuss a politically sensitive topic.
“Good riddance,” said a second DoD official.
Carlson did respond to Politico, who asked him to comment on the report. When they told Tucker the Pentagon was pleased with his departure, he said, “ha! I’m sure.”
The Pentagon is cheering the cancelling of the top TV host in America and no one seems to be noticing how insane this is

We previously reported the fallout from the announcement was immediate, with shares of Fox Corporation falling sharply after the news broke. The stock was down by as much as 5.1 percent and erased $962 million in market value after it was announced that Fox News Media had parted ways with its host Tucker Carlson.
Tucker Carlson has been a staple of Fox News for years, with his popular program, Tucker Carlson Tonight, drawing millions of viewers each night. He has been a vocal supporter of conservative values and has been known to take on controversial topics, including immigration and race relations.
So, what does this mean for Fox Nation? They are about to turn into CNN. Many went online and reported they canceled their Fox Nation account which is the cable news station streaming channel.
I just cancelled my Fox Nation subscription with the note: “No Tucker Carlson, no Fox Nation subscription. Goodbye.” Who is doing the same?

Just canceled my Fox Nation subscription. No point in having it w/o Tucker Carlson Originals. #FoxNation #FoxNews #TuckerCarlson pic.twitter.com/GWxU0Ywwzx

I cancelled my @foxnation subscription tonight. I only watched Tucker’s show. They will not get another penny. Delete them, too. @FoxNews

Murdoch has just made the same mistake Disney, Bud Light, and others have made. They think they are too big to fail and can’t read the room. Fox News isn’t the powerhouse it was ten years ago.
