According to a Daily Mail report published Thursday, Woods, 49, and Vanessa, 47, have been quietly dating since Thanksgiving, keeping their relationship low-key while spending time together at Woods’ home on Jupiter Island, Florida.
While their connection may seem unexpected at first glance, it actually makes a lot of sense. Both Woods and Vanessa are longtime Trump supporters, and their children share a passion for golf.
Woods’ son, 16-year-old Charlie, and Vanessa’s 17-year-old daughter, Kai, are both rising stars in the sport. They also attend The Benjamin School, a prestigious private school in Florida, giving the families another common bond.
According to Daily Mail, four independent sources have confirmed the relationship, with one insider saying, “She comes to his place on Jupiter Island. They’re not living together. She comes over maybe a few nights a week.”
Another source described their time together as simple and low-profile: “They just love hanging out, having dinner and schmoozing together. They’re sticking close to home, have decided not to make it a thing and go out in public. Not just yet anyway.”
Vanessa Trump, who filed for an uncontested divorce from Don Jr. in 2018, has kept a relatively low profile in the years since. Meanwhile, Don Jr. has remained a key adviser to President Donald Trump, and his relationship with former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle has been very much in the public eye.
For Woods, this marks his first known relationship since his messy split with Erica Herman in 2022. That breakup became a legal battle when Herman attempted to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she had signed with Woods.
As for when the new couple might step into the public eye, that remains to be seen. Woods is currently recovering from Achilles surgery, making public outings less likely in the immediate future.
