Court Filing Reveals Phone Data In Fulton County Case

We’ve previously reported about the drama surrounding the RICO case involving former President Trump and several co-defendants.

After allegations arose against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for having an improper relationship with one of her special prosecutors on the case, a hearing was held to see if there were grounds for Fani to be disqualified.

Willis agreed to take the stand, and she did herself no favors.

Below is just one example:

And this was just funny:

But Willis is about to get more bad news. Former President Trump’s attorney has gotten Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade’s cell phone data, and it shows that there were at least “35 visits” to Willis’s condo before the supposed “relationship” started.

“[O]n November 29, 2021, Mr. Wade’s phone was pinging on the East Cobb towers near his residence and, following a call from Ms. Willis at 11:32 P.M., while the call continued, his phone left the East Cobb area just after midnight and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 12:43 A.M on November 30, 2021,” the court filing states. “The phone remained there until 4:55 A.M..”

The data is being used by Trump’s attorney to show that they believe there were multiple “romantic” late nights at Willis’s condo in 2021. The data allows them to corroborate Wade’s calls/texts and location.
