Trump Posts Charged Video Following Gabbard’s Report

President Donald Trump posted a provocative AI-generated video on Sunday depicting Barack Obama being arrested and jailed—a symbolic response to explosive allegations made by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

The 45-second clip, shared on Trump’s Truth Social account, features a montage of prominent Democrats, including Obama, declaring “No one is above the law,” followed by a fictional scene where Trump sits in the Oval Office as FBI agents cuff Obama and escort him to a jail cell to the tune of “YMCA.” The video ends with an AI-generated Obama in an orange jumpsuit behind bars, while Trump smirks.

Though clearly digitally fabricated, the video is a dramatic nod to a growing narrative within Trump-aligned circles: that the Russia collusion story was a manufactured intelligence operation initiated by high-level Obama administration officials.

The post came just hours after Gabbard appeared on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, where she detailed newly released documents she says prove the collusion narrative was knowingly fabricated in late 2016. “Over 100 documents that we released on Friday provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office,” Gabbard stated.

According to the declassified material released by Gabbard’s office, there was no credible evidence of Trump-Russia collusion before the 2016 election. Instead, intelligence assessments were reportedly manipulated to support a politically advantageous narrative—that Trump had won with Russian help—despite earlier reports showing no such intent or capability from Russia.

“This piece of manufactured intelligence contradicted every other assessment made in the months leading up to the election,” Gabbard told host Maria Bartiromo. She further claimed that Obama’s national security team worked to “subvert the will of the American people” and initiate what amounted to a “years-long coup” against Trump.

Gabbard says her team has submitted the documents to the FBI and the Department of Justice as part of a formal criminal referral.

While Democrats have dismissed the claims and criticized the AI video as inflammatory, Trump supporters have rallied around the symbolism, viewing it as a digital metaphor for accountability yet to come.
