Tennessee Highway Patrol Release Video

Let’s talk about the bodycam footage that just shattered what was left of the Democrats’ narrative around Kilmar Abrego-Garcia — because this one’s a jaw-dropper. For over a year, certain lawmakers and activists have painted this guy as a victim of Trump-era immigration cruelty. But thanks to newly released video from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the record is looking a whole lot uglier.

November 30, 2022 — troopers stop a van for speeding. Nothing unusual, right? Until they discover nine men crammed into the vehicle, with Kilmar Abrego-Garcia behind the wheel. What was supposed to be a routine stop quickly turned into a human trafficking investigation.

“How many rows you got in here?” one trooper asks. “They come like this? I’ve never seen one with that many seats.”

It doesn’t take long before another trooper says exactly what everyone was thinking:

“He’s hauling these people for money.”

And they weren’t guessing. A background check flagged Abrego-Garcia as a suspected gang member and/or terrorist in the National Crime Information Center system. He was carrying $1,400 in cash, had an invalid Maryland license, and couldn’t keep his story straight — first he’s going home to Maryland, then he’s headed to a job in another town, all after driving from St. Louis.

Troopers called Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE didn’t show up.

Let’s rewind: Kilmar Abrego-Garcia illegally entered the U.S. in 2011, got a deportation order in 2019, and has since been connected to MS-13 by two different judges. And still — some Democrats made him a cause célèbre, flying to El Salvador to advocate for his return after he was deported to the CECOT maximum-security facility.

They branded him a “Maryland dad.”
Turns out, he’s a Maryland domestic abuser.

Court filings from Prince George’s County show his wife filed for protection, stating:

“I am afraid to be close to him… I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be.”

But none of that stopped activists and progressive lawmakers from rallying around him, demanding his return, even after Judge Paula Xinis ordered the government to “facilitate” his return to the U.S.

If you’re wondering why this man was still on American soil in 2022 — years after his deportation was ordered — it’s because ICE didn’t pick him up, even after a direct call from Tennessee troopers during a stop that screamed “trafficking.” That’s a scandal in itself. But it also shows just how broken immigration enforcement became under previous leadership.

“The hole that Democrats and the Fake News media dug themselves into by demanding the return of a wife-beating MS-13 terrorist illegal alien just keeps getting deeper,” said White House spokesman Kush Desai.

And he’s not wrong.
